Pre-appointment details
Clients are required to prepare for their hair appointment by arriving 15 minutes early. This extra time allows for any necessary check-in procedures, a brief consultation with the stylist, and ensures they are ready to start on time. Additionally, clients should come with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed, and be ready to discuss their desired hairstyle or treatment.
Cancellation policies
Hair salon cancellation policies typically require clients to cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 24-48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or a charge of a percentage of the service cost. Frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations might lead to a requirement for a deposit for future appointments.
